Configure core application settings in X Dairy Automate

Step 1: Access System Settings #

1. Log in to your admin panel
2. Go to Configuration → Settings
3. Or open directly: /system

Step 2: Currency Setup #

Control how monetary values appear throughout the system.

Setting	Description	Options
Currency Symbol	Symbol used for all amounts	$, €, £, ₹, etc.
Currency Position	Where symbol appears	Left ($100) or Right (100$)
Currency Separator	Decimal separator format	Dot (10.00) or Comma (10,00)
Space Between	Add space between symbol and value	$ 100 vs $100
Disable Currency	Hide currency symbol everywhere	On / Off

Display Examples #

Step 3: Timezone & Locale #

Timezone #

Choose the timezone that matches your farm or branch location.

Asia	GST (Dubai), PKT (Karachi), IST (Kolkata), SGT (Singapore)

Branding #

Upload Guidelines #

• Max file size: 5 MB
• Formats: Any image format for logos; PNG only for favicon
• Preview: A live preview appears immediately after upload

Step 5: Save Settings #

1. Click Update Settings (top or bottom of the page)
2. Wait for confirmation
3. The page reloads and applies your new settings
