Thank you for choosing CodexLink.com. We aim to deliver high-quality digital services including web development, hosting, domain registration, and custom tools like Sadalink. Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to our services.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and custom development work, not all services are eligible for refunds. However, we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and provide fair resolutions wherever possible.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

A. Web & App Development Services

  • Refunds are not available once a project has entered the design, development, or revision stage, unless otherwise specified in your signed agreement.
  • If a project is canceled before any work begins, you may receive up to a 75% refund, minus administrative and consultation fees.
  • Partial refunds may be granted if work completed is below the deposit value.

B. Hosting Services

  • Hosting plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase only if:
    • The account has not been used.
    • No domain is activated.
    • No technical issue has been caused by the client’s own configurations.

After 7 days, hosting plans are non-refundable, even if unused.

C. Domain Registration

  • All domain name registrations and renewals are final and non-refundable once processed. This is due to the policies of domain registrars and ICANN.
  • Refunds are not available for spelling errors, wrong TLD selection, or domain availability issues after order placement.

D. Digital Products & Licenses (e.g., Sadalink, templates)

  • Digital tools, templates, and scripts sold or licensed through CodexLink.com are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless:
    • The product is not delivered.
    • The product is broken or non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

3. Subscription Services

If you subscribe to any ongoing service (e.g., monthly maintenance, SaaS tools):

  • You may cancel any time.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or past months.
  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 3 days before your billing date.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

  • We reserve the right to ban accounts and suspend active services for clients who initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
  • If you have an issue, please contact us at support@codexlink.com and allow us a chance to resolve it.

5. Service-Specific Contracts

For custom development, branding, or enterprise services, refund terms are governed by your individual service agreement or contract. Those terms override this general policy.


6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@codexlink.com with:
    • Your full name
    • Invoice number
    • Service purchased
    • Reason for refund
  2. Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in cases involving:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Service abuse, spam, or illegal content hosting
  • Third-party service failures (e.g., registrar outages, API limits)
  • Delays caused by client non-responsiveness or lack of required materials
