Key Functions #

1️⃣ View Clinical Signs #

• See all defined signs in a list.
• Columns include Name, Description, and Status (Active/Inactive).
• Helps ensure consistent reporting across farm staff.

2️⃣ Add a New Clinical Sign #

1. Click Add New.
2. Enter Name (required, unique).
3. Add a Description (optional but recommended).
4. Set Status (Active/Inactive).
5. Click Save.

3️⃣ Edit a Clinical Sign #

1. Click Edit next to the clinical sign.
2. Update Name, Description, or Status.
3. Click Update.

4️⃣ Delete a Clinical Sign #

• Click Delete.
• Confirm the action to remove it from the list.
• Protected if linked to active case records.
