✅ Management Steps #

Step 1: Select the Collection Batch #

Before recording a sale:

• Choose a Milk Collection Account (ID) from the dropdown.
• The system will automatically display:
  • Total Collected Liters
  • Available Stock for Sale

⚠️ Always verify that sufficient stock is available before proceeding.

Step 2: Enter Sale Details #

Provide customer and sale information:

Customer Information #

• Enter:
  • Name
  • Contact Number
  • Address

Supplier (Optional) #

• Select a supplier if the sale is handled through a partner.

Sale Quantity & Pricing #

• Enter:
  • Liters Sold
  • Rate (Price per Liter)

The system automatically calculates the Total Amount.

Step 3: Record Payment #

Manage transaction payments:

• Enter the Paid Amount received.
• The system will automatically calculate the Due Amount.

If full payment is not received:

• The remaining balance is recorded in the customer’s Due Account.

Step 4: Finalize the Sale & Generate Invoice #

Complete the sale process:

• Apply Discount (Optional): Enter any discount if applicable.
• Click “Submit” to save the sale record.

Once saved:

• Milk stock updates instantly.
• The transaction is recorded in sales history.

Print Invoice #

• Click the Invoice icon in the action list.
• Generate a professional receipt for printing or sharing digitally.

Use filters on the sales list to:

• Track sales by Collection Account
• Identify unpaid invoices using Payment Status
• Search by:
  • Invoice Number
  • Customer Name
  • Date Range
